Prerequisite Courses: Countermeasures Core Concepts , TALAN Telephone Countermeasures and VoIP Plus+
DESCRIPTION
The TALAN REI Equipment Certification (R.E.C.) Course is an intensive five-day program designed for experienced Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) professionals seeking formal certification in the use of REI’s advanced telephone analysis equipment.
This course is not introductory training. Participants must already have a solid, hands-on working knowledge of the TALAN Telephone and Line Analyzer plus VoIP+ analysis prior to attending.
The program begins with approximately one and a half days of equipment review and operational familiarization, reinforcing best practices, advanced capabilities, and proper deployment of each instrument. This is followed by two and a half days of structured pass/fail certification testing to validate individual proficiency and applied technical understanding. The final day is dedicated to retraining and retesting advanced telephone analysis concepts, ensuring complete mastery of required competencies.
Upon successful completion, attendees will earn R.E.C. (REI Equipment Certified) credentials and a formal certificate of achievement, valid for one full year. Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain an optimal learning environment and uphold the highest certification standards.
